Klimatbox is project is about developing a transport solution to transport a large quantity of mated queen bees and pupae from queen beekeepers to a beekeeper with the help of logistics companies. When we started there where no such product in the world and we had to invent it from scratch.
The transport solution keep temperature and humidity within the levels required for the queen bees to be as fertile as possible when they arrive.
My part in this project range from inventing, CAD the entire Klimatbox, prototyping the manufacturing process, building pcbs and assembling them to programming the entire controlsystem.
The Klimatbox, besides controlling the temperature and humidity, also sends a lot of data about its postion, orientation, acceleration, height of the seaetc. wirelessly to an IoT broker so that live data can be monitored during the transportation.
